By creating an account or using VitaLog, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

VitaLog does not provide medical advice. All compound data, dosage calculators, interaction warnings, and health metrics are for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, changing, or stopping any health-related protocol. You assume all risk for decisions made based on information in VitaLog.
You must be at least 15 years old to use VitaLog. Users aged 15 to 17 are placed in Clean Mode: a restricted feature set that hides compound and supplement surfaces and adapts content to be age-appropriate. Some features (such as the marketplace and certain analytics) remain limited to users 18 and older. By using this service, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to: (a) use VitaLog for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its underlying infrastructure; (c) upload malicious code or content; (d) misuse community features (reviews, food submissions) by posting false, harmful, or deceptive information; (e) use automated tools to scrape or bulk-access the service.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into VitaLog. We do not run advertising, embed third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, or share your personal data with advertising networks or data brokers. The opt-in Research Program is the only path under which any of your data may be used commercially, and only as anonymized aggregates. You may export or permanently delete your data at any time via Settings.
VitaLog is currently in beta. Features may change, data formats may evolve, and the service may experience downtime. We provide the service "as is" without warranty of any kind. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve your data, but we recommend keeping local exports.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VitaLog and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any health outcomes resulting from information provided within the app.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may permanently delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion removes all associated data within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you the right to bring action in your local courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the app at least 30 days before they take effect.
